How can I contact the driver?
Driver details will be provided to the customer once booking is confirmed.
How can I meet the driver at the airport?
During the booking process, if you select the Meet and Greet option, a driver will wait for the customer at the arrivals hall outside Costa Coffee shop. Otherwise, customers must meet the driver at the Pick Up zone, lane 3 outside the airport under the multi storey car park.
What if my flight is delayed, what will happen to my booking?
If your flight is early or subject to delays, we will track your flight’s progress and send your driver at the new expected time of arrival.
Can I make amendments to my booking?
All amendments must be made 24 hours prior to your journey. Any amendments made within 24 hours of your booking will not be accepted.
While we strive to be accommodating, significant changes at the eleventh hour may not be feasible. However, for minor adjustments that do not incur additional costs, we can implement them quickly. Should you have a request for a modification, please inform us, and we will make every effort to fulfill your request to the best of our ability.
What happens to my booking if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is cancelled 24 hours prior to your trip then you will be fully refunded. If your flight is cancelled within 24 hours of your trip then there will be no refund to cover drivers loss of time.
Can I change the route of my journey even if the journey has already started?
Yes, you can. However, if the new destination is longer in distance, an additional charge will have to be applied.
How can I pay for my trip?
We request full payment during the booking process to secure your booking. You can pay online via booking form, via a payment link or bank transfer.
Can I rent a vehicle for the whole day or several days?
Yes. Our vehicles are available for city tours, the whole day or for several days and can be reserved on an hourly or daily basis. Please provide us with your itinerary and we will quote you accordingly.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled 24 hours prior to your trip will be fully refunded. However, any bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your trip will not be refunded.
What is included in the price?
For pick ups from airports the driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from the flight actual arrival time, at no extra cost.
For pick ups from cruise ports the driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pick up time, at no extra cost.
Any other locations, the driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time, at no extra cost.
If this time is exceeded then there will be a charge of £12.00 per 15 minutes.
How long is the driver obliged to wait for me at the airport before charging?
As a general rule, drivers are obliged to wait 1 hour for customers to reach the pick up point after the plane has landed. If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour, then the driver will charge £12.00 per 15 minutes.
**Please note that the 1 hour free waiting time does not apply to pre-set collection times, where the customers plane has already landed but the customer requests to be picked up at a later time. In this case, the customer has 15 minutes to reach the driver at Pick Up zone, outside the airport from the start of the collection time specified by the customer.
