• Account & contact: name, email, phone, password (stored encrypted), and verification codes when you register or sign in.
• Bookings: journey details, passenger names, flight numbers, payment status, and correspondence about your trip.
• Technical: IP address, browser type and security logs — used to protect the site and prevent abuse.
• Support: messages you send via contact forms, email or support tickets.

We use personal data to:

• Provide quotes, confirm bookings and communicate about your journey;
• Operate your customer account and send one-time sign-in codes;
• Process payments through our payment partners (e.g. Stripe, PayPal);
• Meet legal and licensing obligations for private hire services;
• Improve our website and prevent fraud or misuse.

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR typically include contract (to fulfil your booking), legitimate interests (security and service improvement), and consent where we ask for it explicitly (for example optional marketing, if offered).

We share data only when needed: with drivers and dispatch partners to perform your transfer, with payment processors, with email providers for transactional messages, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep booking and account records for as long as needed for operations, tax and legal requirements — typically several years for financial records. Verification codes expire within minutes. You may ask us to delete your account where we have no overriding legal reason to retain data.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us via our contact page. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to run the site securely and remember choices you make.

• Strictly necessary: session and sign-in cookies so you can stay logged in, complete bookings, and protect against abuse. These cannot be switched off while using the service.
• Preferences: remembering cookie choices and similar settings (stored locally in your browser when you use our cookie banner).

When you select “Accept all” on our cookie notice, we may also enable optional preference cookies described above. “Essential only” limits storage to what is required for the site to function. You can reopen the cookie banner anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for consent where required.

We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes may also be highlighted on the website.
